Create Hostel
By clicking create, the new page will be opened and fill the following hostel details and click on CREATE. The Hostel will be created

Room Type
We have a Room types whether the Hostel’s are provided

By Clicking on Create, we can create the New Room type in Hostel.Ex: 1. Four Bed Non AC
2. Five Bed Non AC etc

Hostel Rooms
This shows Room types, Room numbers in Hostel’s which provides various details with respect to their Room number

After creating Hostel’s, we can assign the Student to Hostel

Assign Student
By creating vehicles routes, we can assign the students to respective vehicle.

This shows the amount of payment to pay for various stops and also we can avoid the Fee payment in transportation by selecting following details.
Assign Fee (Transport)
Here we have two types of Fee. i.e Montlhy and Yearly for assigning fee to various routes.

Pay Fee
By selecting Route, Vehicle and Student it shows the total amount to pay in different modes of payment.

Fee Reports
After completion of payment of various students, we can see the Fee reports of all the sudents.

Payroll
This is related to Salaries in Campus.
Salary Template
This shows the grades of salaries wihch have to be pay to employees.

Create Salary Template
By clicking on Create, we can assign the basic salary to respective grades.

Manage Salary
This shows complete details of all the USERS in campus who are related to various grades.

Create Manage Salary
We can create the Manage salary by selecting various details.

Make Payment
The salary should be paid to Users, by selecting following fields of wheteher we have to be paid.

This shows the Users details whether the User is assigned grade or not.

This shows the complete salary details of selected User by making a payment to them..


Reports
The following picture gives the complete details of salary reports.

Visitor Management
There are so many visitors are visiting to Campus for various reasons. In that case we can identify the visitors by following procedure.
Create Visitor
Fill the following visitor details of whether he/she wants to meet the User.

CheckedIn Visitors
These are the following Checked in Visitors.

We can easily identify all the visitors detailed status..

Certificate Notifications
Admin can send the notifications to various Users.

Add Certificate Notification
By clicking on Create, we can make a notification to respective User whether we have to be send to them.

Upload Certificates
Admin sent the notification to HR, then HR Uploading the particular Certificate.

User Uploads
Students also have to Upload the various certificates by clicking on UPLOAD button.

Assignments
The following Assignments are showing which was created by Staff.

Create Assignment
By clicking on Create button, Staff can Assign the Assignment to various students.

View Assignments
Staff can view the Assignment status, whether the students are submitted or not.

Upload Assignment
Student is uploading the Assignment which was given by Staff.

Inventory
This is the core module for a complete list of items such as property, goods in stock, or the contents of a building.
